2009 - 2010 5K Rollover

This form is strictly for the use of those runners who entered the 2009 5K Race but due to the weather-related cancellation, were automatically rolled-over into the 2010 5K event. This form must be completed and submitted electronically by August 31, 2009. There are no exceptions to this deadline and the 5K rollover cannot be transferred to any other event, nor are there any refunds with respect to this rollover. The rollover is only valid for the 2010 5K. We are providing 2010 shirts for everyone who accepts the rollover. The shirts can only be picked up at the Saturday expo and cannot be mailed out.
