Awards will be presented to the top three male and female finishers in the following age groups in the marathon, half marathon and 5K.

The overall top three in the marathon, half marathon and 5K will receive cash and awards. They do not qualify for age awards. Each cash winner only qualifies for one cash prize. In addition there is an incentive award for performance in the marathon and half marathon. If two or more people of the same gender qualify for an incentive award in either race, only one award (fastest time) will be given. See details in following tables:

Special Kama'aina Award:
Rather than limit the special award to just Maui residents, we have expanded it to include all the islands. Therefore the top Kama'aina runner in each event (male and female) receive a special award and can qualify for other awards

You must be at least 16 to run the marathon and 13 to run the half marathon on race day.

All entries in Keiki events (6 and under) will receive a prize.

All finishers in the marathon and half marathon will receive a quality finisher's medal. These photos show the marathon & half marathon finisher's medals.

All awards will be based on gun time and not chip time. The race organization reserves the right to make a final determination on any award and its decision is final.
